Jaishankar is set to partake in the G20 Foreign Ministers Meeting (G20 FMM) scheduled in Bali on July 7-8.
"The Indian foreign minister has confirmed (a plan) to join the G20 Foreign Ministers Meeting in Bali next month," Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi stated in a video media briefing on the outcome of her meeting with Jaishankar on Friday.
Marsudi embarked on a visit to India to attend the Indonesia-India Joint Commission meeting.
During the meeting, held in New Delhi, the two foreign ministers exchanged views on G20 in the capacity of India as part of the G20 troika that will chair G20 next year.

"We agreed that in the midst of a situation full of challenges, the G20's responsibility, as an economic recovery catalyzer, becomes more important and is expected by the world," she affirmed.
To that end, Marsudi expressed gratitude to India for its support for Indonesia's G20 presidency.
Apart from India, Saudi Arabia and Russia will also attend the G20 FMM aimed at discussing strategic issues and how G20 can play a role as part of the solution to a wide range of global challenges.
