Today, I will officiate three markets. They are Ogoamas Market, Labean Market, and Sioyong MarketDonggala, Central Sulawesi (ANTARA) - In Toaya Village, Sindue Sub-district, on Wednesday, Trade Minister Zulkifli Hasan officiated three markets of Donggala District, Central Sulawesi Province.
The three markets in question are the Ogoamas Public Market, North Sojol Sub-District; Labean Public Market in Balaesang Sub-District; and the Sioyong Public Market in Dampelas Sub-District.
"Today, I will officiate three markets. They are Ogoamas Market, Labean Market, and Sioyong Market," the minister noted during his working visit to Donggala.
The three markets inaugurated by the minister were facilitated by the state budget. Development of the markets began in 2017 and 2019.

Hasan officiated the three markets during his visit to the Toaya Village market to review trade activities and check on the supply of staple items. He conversed with several vendors, including those selling unbranded bulk cooking oil.
"Where does this oil come from?" Trade Minister Zulkifli Hasan inquired from the traders.
Responding to Hasan's query, the merchant said that the cooking oil was obtained from the Central Sulawesi Logistics Bureau.
After conversing with the bulk cooking oil trader, Minister Hasan spoke to the chili, tomato, and vegetable traders.
The minister purchased a few kilos of chilies and tomatoes, which were then given to people, who came to shop at the market that week.

The minister also conversed with shallot traders and bought a few kilos of shallots, which were then given to the public.
The Toaya Village Public Market in Sindue Sub-district is a weekly market that functioned as a place for farmers, planters, and ranchers to sell agricultural, plantation, and livestock products.
During the working visit, the minister was accompanied by Head of Donggala District, Kasman Lassa, and Head of the Central Sulawesi Industry and Trade Office, Richard A. Djanggola.
