Deputy for regional development and spatial planning at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, Wahyu Utomo, delivered the information at a media briefing, which was accessed from here on Tuesday.
The seven projects included the Tanjung Enim Industrial Estate in South Sumatra Province, Batang Integrated Industrial Estate in Central Java Province, Labuan Bajo Multi-Purpose Terminal in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province, and Weda Bay Industrial Estate in North Maluku Province.
They further comprised the Benowo Waste-to-Energy Installation in Surabaya City, East Java Province; Sota cross-border posts (PLBN) in Merauke District, South Papua Province; as well as Central-West Java Province’s 500-kilovolt (kV) transmission line.
In total, 135 PSNs with an investment value of Rp858 trillion (US$56.94 billion) were completed in the period between 2016 and June 2022, the deputy informed.
Seven airports, one toll road, six dams, one port, one gas pipeline, and four PLBNs worth Rp33.3 trillion (US$2.2 billion) were finished in 2016.
Ten projects, comprising two toll roads, one access road, one airport, one gas infrastructure, three PLBNs, one dam, and one irrigation canal, worth Rp61.4 trillion (US$4.07 billion) were completed in 2017.
Two railway lines, four dams, one irrigation canal, ten toll roads, five special economic zones (KEK), one airport, four industrial areas, four smelters, and a marine fisheries center were built at a cost of Rp207.4 trillion (US$13.76 billion) in 2018, Utomo said.

In 2019, four airports, four dams, nine roads, six industrial areas, two railway lines, one port, two smelters, and two technology projects worth Rp165.3 trillion (US$10.97 billion) were completed.
Furthermore, 12 projects worth Rp123.1 trillion (US$8.17 billion), which consisted of one airport, one railway line, two toll roads, one port, one drinking water supply system (SPAM), three industrial areas, and three dams were completed in 2020.
Meanwhile, six toll roads, one railway line, one industrial area, one housing complex, two SPAMs, eleven dams, one port, and one technology project were built in 2021 at a cost of Rp125.9 trillion (US$8.35 billion).
