The Indonesian government also transforms the referral service by improving access and the quality of secondary and tertiary service.
In addition, Indonesia strives to transform the health security system by improving security of the pharmacy and health device sector as well as strengthening domestic production.

Indonesia also transforms the health financing system, health financing regulation, health human resources, and health technology.
Health technology transformation is realized by developing and utilizing technology, digitalization, and biotechnology in the health sector.
Realizing better reformation of the Indonesian health system necessitates collaboration and support from all parties, including the private sector and the industry, Sadikin remarked.
During the event, he also stated that all parties should ensure that the global aid is well-distributed to help people when the pandemic declines, especially for southern countries.
One of the real actions that G20, under Indonesia's Presidency in 2022, has agreed upon is the Financial Intermediary Fund (FIF) to strengthen the global health infrastructure.
To this day, the FIF fund commitment has reached US$1.4 billion aimed at preventing pandemics in the future. To this end, the minister expects that funding continues to flow to FIF.
