Thohir remarked that all SOEs involved in the G20 Summit would work hard in accordance with their respective roles.
"I also ordered PLN, Angkasa Pura I, Telkom, and InJourney to give the best service starting from the airport, internet network connectivity, hotels, and the reliability of electricity supply," he remarked while reviewing the Public Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU) at Central Park ITDC Nusa Dua, Bali, as quoted from a press statement received here Thursday.
Thohir and President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) checked several venues that will be used for the G20 Summit. He said that the locations were ready to welcome G20 delegates.
Meanwhile, PLN's Generation Management Director Adi Lumakso noted that PLN's preparations for the G20 Summit were now fully complete, including the SPKLU infrastructure that is prepared to serve hundreds of electric vehicles during the G20 Summit.
“PLN has prepared 66 SPKLU to serve 636 cars. The SPKLUs were spread over several locations, including in ITDC 1 and 2 as well as in Apurva Kempinski. In addition, there are 200 home chargers to serve battery charging for 290 motorcycles," Lumakso remarked.
In order to ensure the suitability of the inlet, or charging port, of each vehicle on the SPKLU with a nozzle or connector, PLN, along with other partners, had provided several types of Ultra-Fast Charging SPKLU that will be served directly by PLN officers.
"Especially for electric vehicle battery recharging services, PLN has readied 128 personnel on standby for 24 hours at the location while still coordinating with the presidential security guard (Paspampres)," he added.
Lumakso noted that the existing SPKLU was equipped with supporting applications, such as Charge. In and a dashboard application that can monitor the entire performance of each SPKLU.
"This application is an internal development created by PLN in Bali to help personnel to supervise the availability of SPKLU," he added.
