"I saw that several people did not come today, even though I have been waiting for them," he said during a 2022 International Day of Persons with Disabilities activity here on Saturday.
"This means that organization managers should know disabled members by name and by address. They have to be registered so that, whenever there are events from the office, it will be easier," he explained.
Head of the Indonesian Persons with Disabilities National Commission, Dante Rigmalia, said that the commission will strive to ensure that all people with disabilities are registered for adminduk.
"Concerning the data collection, we encourage regional governments to conduct direct visits so that people with disabilities can be registered within adminduk," he informed.
"If they are registered, development programs can be planned based on existing data collection," he added.

The involvement of people with disabilities in development processes is still far from optimal, thus, it is one of the aspects that need to be encouraged, he said.
"They have the same rights to be involved in every development process, and it will be beneficial for the rights of people with disabilities," he added.
The stigma against people with disabilities remains high, which is proven by the fact that education access for people with disabilities is not yet optimal, Rigmalia highlighted.
Only 30 percent of people with disabilities have graduated from primary school and 2.8 percent have graduated from university.
This means there are still many who cannot yet go to school, which has posed a problem in optimizing their activities, he informed.
"Most parents hide people with disabilities in their home," he noted.
"In fact, these parents do not conduct data collection on them, which made their health even worse since they do not have NIK (identity card numbers) for health access," he added.
