One of them involves taking care of children all day long without rest, as their development and education have to be done at home. This affects mothers emotionally and leads to them feeling drained.

"These challenges will drain the mothers emotionally. This is very important to consider. Stress management should be a consideration by all family members and not just mothers," she explained.
The involvement of every family member in managing mothers' mental health became very important, considering that familial assistance can help mothers become more comfortable in accommodating every facet of her emotions well.
Managing mothers' health is also important, so that family members can all equally shoulder the burden of taking care of children, Asmoro remarked.
When mothers manage their emotions by enjoying me time or personal time through their hobbies or interests, then other family members can help mothers in doing house chores or making them feel happy.

If these actions cannot yet help manage mothers emotionally, then families are suggested to have them consult with experts.
The Ministry of Health has already provided facilities for families to conduct consultation whether directly or online.
Consultation can be conducted with a psychologist or psychiatrist through a professional method, so that mothers can feel comfortable in just sharing their problems and feelings involving themselves or a family member.
