"For the 2023 priority data, some 1,804 priority data proposals have been collected from 51 ministries and institutions, or 61 percent of the total," Expert Staff for Equality and Territory at the Ministry of Development Planning Oktorialdi stated at the grand launch of the SDI portal here on Friday.
He noted that some ministries and agencies involved in priority data collection had also increased, from earlier only 26 ministries and institutions, or only constituting a 31-percent involvement rate.
"Hence, there has been a significant increase in the number of ministries and institutions involved, from 31 percent, and the expectation is to have it at 61 percent or more in 2023," he affirmed.
Priority data for 2023 will be determined next year, selected from the proposals that have been collected. A reference code will be given as master data in the SDI portal.
Moreover, some 85 percent of the data proposed for 2022 had been successfully collected from 22 ministries and institutions for which data is required to be submitted to the portal. Four other ministries and institutions are expected to submit by the end of December 2022.
In terms of the priority data collected, the involvement of ministries and institutions at the regional level is still low, given the linkage rate or integrating data portals into the platform for districts and cities only stood at 18 percent.
"Many ministries and regional institutions have committed to sharing data, but they are limited because they have yet to own a portal. The Secretariat is still trying to push for portal connectivity," he stated.
The newly launched SDI portal will be developed consistently, both in terms of services and the participation of ministries and institutions, he noted.
