"The collaboration with the ADB Institute will help us expand our network of cooperation and increase (our) capacity to create a smart and sustainable capital city in Nusantara," chairperson of the NNCA Bambang Susantono informed in his speech during the signing ceremony in Incheon, South Korea.
He signed the MoU with the dean and CEO of ADB Institute, Tetsushi Sonobe.
Sonobe welcomed the collaboration. “The ADB Institute is ready to provide support and share experiences. We believe this collaboration can trigger sustainable, inclusive, and resilient growth," he said.
The signing of the MoU marks the start of cooperation for both parties in strengthening strategic cooperative relations in the field of knowledge.
The scope of the collaborative activity will involve, first, the organization and co-sponsoring of joint events, workshops, and/or support for activities, such as capacity building and training for addressing development issues.

Finally, it will include carrying out joint publications of academic journals, books, reports, and blogs, as well as possible e-learning outputs, podcast episodes, reports, and other knowledge products.
Under the agreement, NNCA and ADB Institute will also collaborate on arranging financing related to these activities.
