At the commemoration of the 77th Anniversary of Polri (Bhayangkara Day) at Gedung Sate, Bandung, Kamil admired the vision of Polisi Presisi, or Police with Precision.
"The Polisi Presisi has been very extraordinary. There must be shortcomings here and there but can be fixed," the governor remarked.
According to Kamil, the index is proven by West Java's peaceful condition.
He also lauded the National Police that applies technological development in every duty of serving the community.
He said the use of technology has become the face of the National Police today.
"This is the face of precision policing in this era of humanitarian approach, guardianship, security, and technology," he affirmed.
Kamil also noted that the West Java Provincial Government is the regional government that manages the province with the largest population in Indonesia.
He stated that 70 percent of Indonesia's population will be under 40 years of age by 2045, an important human resources capital to become a developed country.
Indonesia needs to be a conducive country in order to become a developed nation in 2045, he remarked.
He also affirmed that the upcoming 2024 general elections should be conducive.
"We entrust it to the West Java Police Chief and his ranks, so that the 2024 elections, especially in West Java, can be the best, most peaceful, and conducive," he remarked.
Meanwhile, West Java Police Chief, Inspector General Akhmad Wiyagus, underscored the need for collaboration among parties to solve various problems.
He commended the participation of the West Java Provincial Government in maintaining public security and order.
"We cannot work alone, so collaboration is the most efficacious way to solve any problems, including security and order problems in West Java," Wiyagus remarked.
