Jakarta (ANTARA) - General Elections Commission (KPU) member Yulianto Sudrajat stated that all presidential and vice presidential candidate pairs had agreed to the design of the ballot for the 2024 Presidential Election, and it will be printed immediately.

"The pairs have agreed on the design of the ballot, and it will enter the printing process," Sudrajat noted in a message here on Wednesday.

Photos of all presidential and vice presidential pairs participating in the 2024 election are displayed in the approved ballot design.

Pair number 1 is Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar in a white shirt and black suit in the picture of the ballot.

The number 2 pair, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, is seen in baby blue shirt.

Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD, the pair No. 3, looks different as compared to the other pairs, with Pranowo wearing black, while Mahfud is seen in white.

Logos of supporting political parties of each pair appear at the bottom of the ballot.

Earlier, Sudrajat had noted that the KPU was constrained by the second phase of electoral logistics, which included printing ballots, forms, and the permanent candidate list, as two constituencies were still embroiled in dispute over candidacy.

He noted that the West Sumatra and the North Kalimantan legislative had yet to resolve their disputes related to nomination of candidates.

He said the KPU is still awaiting a decision from the General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) and the State Administrative Court (PTUN) regarding the dispute before printing ballots for the 2024 election.

The KPU has determined three pairs of presidential and vice presidential candidates for the 2024 General Elections: Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD, and Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

The KPU has also set a campaign period from November 28, 2023, to February 10, 2024. The voting is scheduled for February 14, 2023.
