The president emphasized that residents should file the report with the General Elections Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) and the Constitutional Court, which are the agencies authorized to rule on election violations and complaints.
"(If you found) any evidence (of fraud), present it immediately to the Bawaslu or the Constitutional Court," the president stated after opening the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) here on Thursday.
Jokowi highlighted that the presence of electoral candidate representatives to monitor the election conduct at polling stations should be a deterrence measure against fraud on Election Day.
"There is also Bawaslu and security officers at the polling stations, and taking pictures is also allowed there. I believe this multi-layered monitoring will be a deterrence against electoral fraud," he pointed out.
However, if electoral fraud still takes place, the president said that prevailing laws provide legal avenues for residents to file a complaint on election violations.
"Everything has been arranged properly. Hence, do not cry fraud with zero action. Report it," Jokowi stated.
More than 204 million Indonesian voters cast their ballot on Wednesday (February 14) to elect the president and vice president, members of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), Regional Representatives Council (DPD), and regional legislatures (DPRD) at the provincial, city, and district levels.

According to KPU Regulation No. 3 of 2022, the nationwide vote recapitulation for the 2024 Election is scheduled to take place from February 15 to March 20, 2024.
