Meanwhile, the Indonesian National Olympic Committee (KOI) said it looks forward to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
KOI Chairman Raja Sapta Oktohari expressed gratitude for the Indonesian team's results in Paris. He is optimistic about players from other sports qualifying for the 2028 Olympics.
"The (Paris) Olympics have come to an end. I praise the athletes, sports management, the government, and all of the supporting systems," he stated on August 12.

"This means that Indonesia's sports (achievements) are getting bigger and (it is) respected not only in badminton but also (in other sports) other than badminton," he noted.
