After landing at Adisucipto International Airport in Yogyakarta Province around 3 p.m., the ministers and other officials boarded buses to reach the Military Academy to prepare for the team-building agenda, which is scheduled to begin on Friday and conclude on Sunday (October 27).

President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka also arrived at the academy on Thursday afternoon, with the VP preceding the head of state.

Earlier, Presidential Communication Office head Hasan Nasbi informed that the Red and White Cabinet Retreat will include briefings for ministers, deputy ministers, government agency leaders, and other presidential aides on various matters, including governance and corruption prevention.

He said that the agenda is also expected to serve as a momentum for the Cabinet members appointed for the 2024–2029 term to get to know each other better and build a rapport.
