"Lemhannas strives to contribute to national development, including through national priority programs to support Asta Cita," he remarked during a hearing with Commission I of the House of Representatives (DPR) at the Parliament Complex here on Wednesday.
Syadzily elaborated on Lemhannas' contribution to Asta Cita missions through three programs, with the first related to the first and seventh missions of Asta Cita.
The first Asta Cita mission is to strengthen the ideology of Pancasila, democracy, and human rights, while the seventh mission addresses political, legal, and bureaucratic reforms, as well as the prevention and eradication of corruption and illegal drugs.
Meanwhile, Lemhannas' second program to support Asta Cita is through strategic assessment activities. It is the institution's priority program that will support the second, third, fourth, fifth, and eighth missions of Asta Cita.
The third program is providing leadership education nationally, which also targets the fourth mission of Asta Cita.
The second Asta Cita mission is to promote national self-sufficiency in food, energy, water, creative economy, green economy, and blue economy.
The third mission of Asta Cita includes creating more quality jobs, fostering entrepreneurship, expanding creative industries, and continuing infrastructure development.
Meanwhile, the fourth mission emphasizes human resource development, science, technology, education, health, sports, and gender equality while increasing the roles of women, youth, and people with disabilities.
The fifth mission is to continue downstreaming and industrialization programs to increase economic value.
The eighth mission centers on environmental, natural, and cultural harmony and encourages religious tolerance to foster a just and prosperous society.
