His side is focusing on removing the sea fence in areas designated for fishermen's access.
"The priority is fishermen's access to go fishing without incurring extra fuel costs," Ali stated in Jakarta on Tuesday.

"Bad weather is dangerous for the operators, whether our personnel or fishermen," he explained.
On January 23, Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Sakti Wahyu Trenggono expressed his ambition to resolve the 30.16-kilometer sea fence issue in the waters of Tangerang, Banten, within a week.
He also reiterated that utilizing marine space without a basic permit for the suitability of marine space utilization activities (KKPRL) constitutes a violation of regulations.
Head of the Banten Province Marine Affairs and Fisheries Service Eli Susiyanti also stated that the sea fence has significantly affected thousands of fishermen and fish farmers.
Susiyanti began receiving reports regarding this sea fence since June 2024 and conducted a field inspection in September 2024 to address the issue.

On January 15, 2025, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries sealed off the sea fence, whose discovery drew the attention of both the government and the public as its presence was considered mysterious.
Four days later, the Indonesian Navy commenced removing the sea fence, which stretches across 16 villages in six sub-districts, on President Prabowo Subianto's order.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR) revealed that the sea fence stands on 263 parcels of submerged land with right-to-build (HGB) and ownership certificates.
It was reported that the certificates belong to PT Intan Agung Makmur and PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa, subsidiaries of Agung Sedayu Group, which is the developer of the Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 satellite city.
On January 24, ATR Minister Nusron Wahid said the government annulled at least 50 certificates while the remainder were still under review.
