"The President explained the significance of the MBG program. He also called for more equitable ownership of natural resources," Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas said after the meeting.
During the 1.5-hour discussion, Prabowo also stressed the importance of upholding justice across various sectors, Agtas said.
"He urged that justice be upheld," he added.
When asked about judges' welfare, Agtas said there was no concrete discussion on potential salary or allowance increases.
However, he highlighted that Prabowo has shown a strong commitment to improving judges' welfare since the beginning of his term.
When asked about the concrete implementation of the plan, Agtas could not provide any certainty.
Coordinating Minister for Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Corrections, Yusril Ihza Mahendra, and his deputy Otto Hasibuan were also present at the meeting.
