Magelang, Central Java (ANTARA) - Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka reviewed the implementation of the Free Health Check-up program at the South Magelang Community Health Center (puskesmas) in Magelang city, Central Java, on Wednesday.

Gibran arrived at the puskesmas around 11 a.m. local time after attending a retreat for regional leaders at the Military Academy in Magelang. He was received by the health center's director, Majid Rohmawanto, upon his arrival.

During his visit, he also delivered a package of medical equipment for children.

According to Rohmawanto, the Vice President praised the puskesmas for providing free medical examinations daily since the program's launch on February 10 this year.

He said that his team showed Gibran how the puskesmas is also helping residents register online for the program.

The director informed that the health center served 20 program beneficiaries on Tuesday (February 25), while a total of 35 patients had registered for a check-up on Wednesday.
