"This health check is very essential because it is a step for early detection," Vice President Raka stated after inspecting the implementation of the CKG program at the Cempaka Putih Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in Central Jakarta on Monday.
Raka stated that the government can effectively monitor the types of medications needed by detecting public health conditions.
“(This is important) so that, in the future, we can monitor what medicines are needed, and hopefully, in the future, the life expectancy of the people can be even higher,” he remarked.
The vice president also encouraged the public to make the most of the program, as the service is provided free of charge.
Raka explained that manual services are still available at community health centers for those unable to register through the Satu Sehat application.
He emphasized that all residents, including the elderly without smartphones or access to the Satu Sehat app, can receive the service.
"Residents unable to register via the application will still be served manually. Hence, do not worry, everyone will be served,” he stated.
Vice President Raka inspected the implementation of the free health check (CKG) program at three community health centers in Central Jakarta: Puskesmas Kemayoran, Johar Baru, and Cempaka Putih.
The inspection was conducted to ensure that President Prabowo Subianto’s priority program was running well. The vice president stated that the healthcare facilities and medical personnel at the three Puskesmas were ready to serve the public.
"At these three locations, I see that the services are running quite well," Gibran remarked.
The vice president also reported that he received no complaints from the public regarding the program's implementation during his inspections.
