He made the statement after the state-owned energy company conducted sample tests with the Oil and Gas Testing Center (Lemigas) at 75 locations, including Pertamina's fuel terminal in Plumpang, North Jakarta.
"The results of the quality test are in accordance with the technical specification standards, as required by the Directorate General of Oil and Gas (of the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry)," he said at a press conference at the Attorney General's Office (AGO) here on Thursday.
In addition to Lemigas, testing was also carried out by Surveyor Indonesia and TUV Rheinland Indonesia to check whether the quality of Pertamina's fuel meets the applicable standards.

The tests carried out by the two independent institutions yielded similar results as those by Lemigas, he informed.
Mantiri said that Pertamina will continue to conduct fuel tests to provide certainty regarding the quality of its fuel.
The fuel quality tests will be carried out not only in the Greater Jakarta area but also across Indonesia.
"We can guarantee that this test will be open and transparent. The public can also participate in monitoring," he said.
Pertamina expects the tests to convince the public that its fuel products meet government specifications.
"Likewise, its distribution is in accordance with applicable provisions," he added.
Meanwhile, Attorney General Sanitiar Burhanuddin also emphasized that the quality of Pertamax — Pertamina's RON 92 fuel product — currently sold in the market meets government standards.
Burhanuddin addressed public concerns following revelations of alleged corruption involving Pertamina's subsidiaries and cooperation contract contractors between 2018 and 2023.
The corruption reportedly resulted in state losses of nearly Rp194 trillion (approximately US$11.7 billion).
The AGO has accused Riva Siahaan, president director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, of falsely reporting the procurement of RON 90 fuel or lower-grade fuel as RON 92.
Additionally, reports indicate that the lower-grade fuel was blended at storage facilities or depots to produce Pertamax—a practice that is not permitted.
According to the Attorney General, the time of occurrence or tempus delicti of the case was 2018–2023. The Pertamax fuel produced from 2024 onwards is not the object of the investigation.
"This means that the condition of the existing Pertamax is already good and in accordance with the standards in Pertamina," Burhanuddin said.
Furthermore, he noted that the fraudulent acts in this case, purchasing RON 90 and showing it as RON 92 fuel and blending lower-grade fuel before marketing it, were the actions of a handful of individuals.
"We emphasize that the act was carried out by a handful of individuals who have now been declared suspects and detained, and the act was not related to existing policies at Pertamina," he added.
