Samarinda, E Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Secretary of the Nusantara Capital Authority (OIKN) Bimo Adi Nursanthyasto stated that housing for civil servants in Indonesia's new capital city, Nusantara, is ready to accommodate those scheduled for transfer in the initial stage.

"For the transfer of civil servants, the OIKN is ready to provide services," he noted here on Tuesday.

The OIKN continues to intensively coordinate with the Ministry of Public Works and housing developers to ensure the smooth running of this process.

The OIKN secretary added that the timing and stages of civil servants' transfers are being discussed further with representatives of related ministries and agencies to align with each institution's needs.

Nursanthyasto remarked that housing readiness is supported by the availability of housing towers, some of which are already operational, with more expected to be completed soon.

"Some of the housing towers for civil servants are functional. Hopefully, this June, the number will increase again because contracts will be completed in June," he remarked.
