Sumedang (ANTARA) - Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Pratikno urged regional heads to strengthen synergy with the central government in building quality and resilient human resources (HR).

The statement was delivered while providing material at the second phase of regional head retreat activities held at the Institute of Public Administration (IPDN) here on Wednesday.

"All developed countries push progress through human resources development," Pratikno affirmed.

"Therefore, we encourage regions to work together to build human resources that are physically, mentally, and morally healthy, have high competence, and can adapt to current developments," he stated.

Pratikno emphasized that the success of national development largely depends on the quality of human resources at the grassroots level.

Therefore, he expects support from regional heads, especially in realizing national priority programs.

Pratikno spoke of also having provided material on the implementation of the Astacita program, including the Quick Wins 2025 program.

"Especially related to the Fast Best Results Program (PHTC) in Quick Win 2025, which requires support from the local government," he stated.

He expressed hope that all targets assigned to the ministry would be realized more quickly via synergy with regional heads, through the retreat activities.

"Thus, the targets set by the president and assigned to our (ministry) can be supported by regional heads. We hope this can be realized quickly," he remarked.
