Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Indonesian Mobile eFootball Team secured three gold medals at the 2025 ASEAN Youth Esports Championship (AYESC).

The Red and White team earned top honors in the men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles categories, making them the overall champion of the event.

“From the beginning, we were confident that our athletes could win AYES25 due to their competitive experience,” said Eddy Liem, Head of International Affairs at the Indonesian Esports Executive Board (PB ESI), in an official statement on Thursday.

Eddy explained that Huda Yuliviar Ammar, Indonesia’s representative in the men’s eFootball category, was directly appointed after winning the 2025 eFootball Championship – AC Milan Club, and underwent a brief training period.

In the women’s category, Indonesia was represented by Putri Pramesti, who advanced through a one-day closed national selection and also underwent short-term training.

With these three gold medals, the Red and White team emerged as the overall champion of the 2025 AYESC.
