Jakarta (ANTARA) - Indonesian Transmigration Minister Muhammad Iftitah Sulaiman Suryanagara reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening transmigration services through digital transformation to facilitate access and accelerate services for the public.

Suryanagara stated that digitalization is the ministry's main focus in ensuring the public, especially transmigrants, receive public services that are more efficient, transparent, and tailored to their needs.

"Our focus is on digitalization of services so that the public, especially transmigrants, can receive the best possible service," he remarked.

He made the statement on the sidelines of the launch of the 2025 Corruption Eradication Commission's (KPK's) Integrity Assessment Survey for the Development of the Ministry of Transmigration's Integrity Zone in Jakarta on Thursday.

In addition to digitalization, the Ministry of Transmigration will improve the integrity of its human resources as a crucial pillar in building a bureaucracy that serves and is responsive to the challenges of transmigration area development.

"We will focus on providing excellent service by improving HR integrity," he remarked.

As reported previously, Suryanagara and all employees of the Transmigration Ministry announced the "Makarti Declaration," which outlines several commitments.

The commitments include upholding integrity, morality, and ethics in carrying out their duties and functions; building an effective and efficient work system; providing clean, fast, and extortion-free public services; continuously improving governance; and serving as a role model in preventing and eradicating corruption.
