“LSF, as a state institution supporting the film industry, must offer universally accessible data for everyone, regardless of how they access it,” said LSF Chairperson Dr. Naswardi, MM, ME, during a press conference in Jakarta on Thursday.
He explained that the website is part of LSF’s commitment to public transparency as a government agency tasked with delivering public services. It ensures that all members of society have equal access to film-related data and services.
“This access is for all citizens without discrimination. It reflects our dedication to public information transparency as an independent state institution accountable to the president,” he added.
The website features information on upcoming film releases, film guides to promote viewing literacy, and a platform for filmmakers to register their works through the Electronic-Based Censorship Administration System (e-SiAS).
“We provide user-friendly features that are accessible for our friends with disabilities. This includes access to film information, film literacy, age classifications, and a streamlined process to apply for censorship certificates,” he said.
Through this initiative, LSF hopes to ensure that every Indonesian, regardless of ability, can access reliable and inclusive film-related information and services.
