Tito, who also serves as head of the Task Force for the Acceleration of Post-Disaster Rehabilitation and Reconstruction in Sumatra, urged regional leaders to immediately complete data on prospective beneficiaries.
"I am giving a deadline until Monday (Jan. 26), and I will extend it until Monday (Feb. 2). If the data are not submitted, I will close the program and disclose which district heads or mayors are not doing their job," he said after the inauguration of temporary housing in Kayu Pasak, Salareh Aia, Palembayan Sub-district, Agam District, West Sumatra, on Saturday.
According to Tito, current assistance programs include Rp3 million in household furnishings aid for disaster victims, Rp5 million in economic stimulus assistance, and a daily meal allowance of Rp15,000 per person.
He said the discretion to determine eligible recipients lies with district heads or mayors in affected regions, based on verified data of residents entitled to receive the assistance.
As an example, Tito said residents whose homes sustained only minor damage but whose rice fields were completely destroyed could be proposed to receive the Rp5 million economic stimulus assistance while awaiting agricultural land revitalization by the Ministry of Agriculture.

He added that beneficiaries could also be quickly enrolled in the Family Hope Program (PKH).
"District heads or mayors in disaster-affected areas should identify eligible recipients and coordinate with the regional leadership coordination forum to expedite the PKH process," he said.
Tito emphasized that data submissions to the central government through provincial authorities should not wait until all data are complete.
"If some data are already ready, submit them immediately while continuing to complete the rest," he said.
"Based on the data we have received, five regions have yet to submit data for the Ministry of Social Affairs program, while 47 regions have already done so. We will focus on discussing this," he added.
