He added that the ship is scheduled to depart from Lampung for Jakarta on March 26 to attend an official welcoming ceremony.

The Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) formally received KRI Prabu Siliwangi-321 following its completion by the Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri.

The handover ceremony was attended by Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy, Admiral Muhammad Ali, at the Fincantieri shipyard in Muggiano, Italy, on December 22, 2025.

The vessel shares the same specifications as KRI Brawijaya-320, which was also manufactured by Fincantieri and has been serving under Fleet Command II (Koarmada II) for several months.

KRI Prabu Siliwangi-321 is currently the largest and most advanced warship in Indonesia’s naval fleet. It is equipped with modern technology and advanced weapons systems, offering enhanced combat capability and high maneuverability.
