KY chairman Erman Suparman made the statement after a meeting with President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the latter`s office here on Wednesday.
He said the summoning of the judges would be done after all proof and indications were complete.
He said KY certainly was not expected to make mistakes with regard to it and therefore the summons would only be done after all proof and witnesses` testimonies were complete.
"After everything is clear, we will conduct the questioning," he said.
The head of KY`s judge supervisory and investigation, Suparman Marzuki, said earlier that the KY had found indications of violations of the code of ethics by the judges handling the case of the former chief of the Corruption Eradication Commission.
The KY believed important evidence had been ignored by the judges at district, higher t and appeals court levels.
Among the important evidence ignored was testimony from ballistic and forensic expert Abdul Mun`in Idris and the clothes belonging to murder victim Nasrudin Zulkarnaen which were not produced during the trial sessions.
The neglect, he said, was a violation of the code of ethics and conduct with regard to professionalism and carefulness.
With regard to this, he said, the KY would soon summon some parties sach as the forensic and ballistic expert and Antasari`s lawyers before summoning the judges for questioning.(*)
