Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Upstream Oil and Gas Regulator (BP Migas) targeted the construction of oil production facilities with a capacity of 165,000 barres per day in Block Cepu, East Java, starting in August 2011.

Head of BP Migas R Priyono sasid in Jakarta Tuesday that a tender for engineering, procurement and construction in Cepu is on its way by the operators of Mobil Cepu Limited.

"We hope the tender would be completed in the next few weeks, and construction can be started in August 2011," he said.

He also said that his side targetted the construction of production facilities in Cepu completed by the end of 2013, and starting in 2014 full production of 165,000 barrels per day would be reached. (*)
