Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Publicly-listed animal feed maker PT Sierrad Produce Tbk (SIPD) said shareholders had agreed to allocate 15.4 percent of last year`s net profit as dividends.

In total, the dividend payments would reach Rp9.39 billion or at the rate of Rp1 per share, SIPP corporate secretary Elies Lestari Setiawan said here on Thursday.

Last year, the company posted a net profit of Rp61 billion, a 64.84 percent increase compared to Rp37 billion a year earlier.

The company saw net sales grow 12 percent to Rp3.64 trillion last year from Rp3.24 trillion a year ago.

She said the remaining net profit of Rp3 billion would be used as retained earnings and reserves.
