The KPK recently set up the Committee following public calls after Nazaruddin mentioned the names of the KPK members in his statements made from abroad.
Ade Rahardja said he would explain to the Committee about the two meetings he had held with Nazaruddin early in 2010.
He said the explanation that he would give to the Ethics Committee would not be different from what he had already said to the media so far.
He had told the media that Nazaruddin in the meeting had asked the KPK to stop investigating several alleged corruption cases including the one linked to health equipment procurement.
Ade had said he held the first meeting with Nazaruddin in a restaurant in Jakarta early in 2010 along with Johan Budi. In the second meeting he was accompanied by a KPK investigator.
In view of that KPK would also question Johan Budi and later the names Nazaruddin has mentioned.
The questioning of Ade Rajardja and Johan Budi was connected with alleged violation of the code of ethics.
The Ethics Committee consisting of four members from outside KPK and three from KPK also plans to question Anas Urbaningrum, the chief of the ruling Democrat Party.
Anas will be summoned for questioning in connection with the alleged case of violation of the code of ethics by KPK members. Other Democrat Party members to be summoned include secretary of the Democrat Party Faction in the House of Representatives, Saan Mustopa and chairman of the House Commission on legal affairs Benny K Harman.
Nazaruddin who is former treasurer of the Democrat Party has accused some party elite of being involved in his case.
Nazaruddin who fled abroad on May 23 or the day before the KPK asked for a travel ban for him was caught in Cartagena, Colombia, on Sunday (Aug 70. He was now under the process of deportation to the country.
