This came during his meeting with Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training Ibrahim Al-Hajri on the occasion of ending his diplomatic mission in Yemen.
Al-Hajri and Othaman talked over aspects of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in field of technical and vocational education and means of enhancing them.
The Minister hailed the Malaysian support for Yemen in different developmental areas, praising the role of the Malaysian outgoing envoy via signing several cooperation agreements in this field between Yemen and Malaysia.
