"Those who are being repatriated are mostly female workers who worked at the informal sector such as domestic helpers and male ones who work as drivers," the consulate general said in an electronic message received by ANTARA here on Tuesday.
Some of the total have been repatriated by the Saudi government and some 2,000 remaining ones will be returned home from Jeddah using ten flights of Garuda planes.
The ten flights are those which flew hajj pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia on October 30 - 31, 2011, it said.
Those who will be repatriated on October 30 - 31, 2011 are now being accommodated at the temporary Madinatul Hujjaj boarding (MH) in Jeddah.(*)
