The grave was discovered in the town of Al-Jayayla, about 78 kilometres (48 miles) north of the Iraqi capital, the colonel in the Baquba operations command said, adding that the town was once a stronghold of Al-Qaeda.
The men had been blindfolded, their hands bound, and had been shot in the chest, he said. Security forces discovered the grave after receiving information from a local farmer. (*)
