Minister Zulkifli is attending the Fourth Bali Democracy Forum from December 8 to 9, 2011.
While in Bali, he is also scheduled to meet Bali Governor I Made Mangku Pastika and United Kingdom Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Jeremy Browne.
He will also visit Yogyakarta where he is scheduled to meet the Governor of Yogyakarta Sultan Hamengkubuwono X, Vice Governor Paku Alam IX and Mayor Herry Zudianto.
The minister will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono opened the 4th Bali Democracy Forum (BDF) at Bali`s International Convention Center in Nusa Dua resort, Bali, on Thursday.
The Forum`s theme this year is "Enhancing Democratic Participation in Changing World: Responding to Democratic Voices."
Among foreign leaders participating in the 4th Bali Democracy Forum were Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh, Sultan Hasanal Bolkiah of Brunei Darussalam, President Mahinda Rajapaksa of Sri Lanka, Prime Minister Sukhbataar Batbold of Mongolia, Prime Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabr Al-thani of Qatar, Prime Minister Xanana Gusmao of Timor Leste, Vice President Jejomar Binay of the Philippines, and Deputy Prime Minister Bullent Arinc of Turkey.
