"The government had added a fund of Rp1.3 trillion for 13th raskin program," the minister said here on Wednesday.
He said that the number of raskin recipients was 17.5 million target families. "The 17.5 million target families receive raskin packages for 13th times or 13 times 15 kg," he said.
The minister said that in order to normalize rice price turmoil, the government launched rice market operations with rice price per kg of Rp1,000 or cheaper than the market price.
"We will soon launch the market operations to normalize prices," he said.(*)
