Head of the National Agency for Placement and Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (BNP2TKI) Moh Jumhur Hidayat was slated to pick them up at the airport, Antara learned here Wednesday.
Bayanah binti Banhawi,29, from Kemiri sub-district, Tangerang district, Banten province was expected to arrive at the airport at 11.00 am Wednesday after flying Saudi Airlines SV 822 from the King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh on Tuesday (Dec 27).
Chairman of the Migrant Workers Protection Task Force in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Maftuh Basyuni, who accompanied Bayanah from Saudi Arabia, would hand over Bayanah to Jumhur to continue her journey home.
Meanwhile Jamilah was scheduled to leave Riyadh on Wednesday (Dec.28) and Neneng Sunengsih would also leave Riyadh a week or two weeks later pending the issuance of her "exit permit" involving her employer.
According to Jumhur, Bayanah, the passport holder with identification number AA 988735 was sent by the workers supplying company PT Amanah Putera Pertama, Jakarta to Saudi Arabia as a house maid at Abdullah Umar Al Munthairi`s house.
The three women escaped execution by beheading after the families of the persons they had allegedly killed had forgiven them or the murder accusations could not be proven, Jumhur said quoting information from Lisna Yoeliani Poeloengan, a member of the Migrant Workers Protection, Task Force who is now in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, together with the Task Force`s chairman, Maftuh Basyuni, and another Task Force member, Humphrey R Djemat.
The Task Force`s mission is to help save the lives of tens of Indonesian migrant workers facing the death penalty in Saudi Arabia.
Bayanah began to work in Saudi in January 2006 and was accused of killing her employer`s four-year-old child. The mentally retarded child had broken her arm and doused with hot water from the tap while Bayanah was changing the child`s diaper. After undergoing medical treatment for 12 days, the child died.
Bayanah received forgiveness from her employer for accidentally causing the child`s death and was fined 55,000 reals. The fine was paid by the Indonesian embassy in Riyadh.
In the meantime, Jamilah was scheduled to return to Indonesia from Jidda on Wednesday (Dec 28) in the accompany of an official of the Indonesian Consulate General in Jidda.
Jamilah was accused of killing her employer, Salim Al Ruqi (80) but Salim`s son, Ali Seha Al Ruqi, forgave her before King Abdullah, and did not ask Jamilah to pay a fine.
She was accused of causing the death of her employer`s four-month-old child while feeding it with milk. The accusation could not be proven and she was freed without paying a fine.(*)
