New Delhi (ANTARA News/Xinhua-OANA) - U.S.Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Monday met with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and discussed bilateral, regional and international issues of mutual concern, said local media reports.

Apart from the security situation in the region, the two leaders talked about India-U.S. strategic partnership, said Press Trust of India.

Clinton also met with India`s ruling United Progressive Alliance Chairperson Sonia Gandhi on Monday.

Clinton arrived here from the eastern Indian city Kolkata where she made a one-day visit on Sunday and met with West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee. (*)
