"Oh, that is not true, not true," he said after being grilled over the project as a witness by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) here on Thursday.
The accusation that Andi received Rp20 billion from the project came from Muhammad Nazaruddin, the former Democrat Party treasurer, who is now jailed after being convicted of corruption. Andi is also a Democrat Party figure.
Nazaruddin had said that the money had been given to Andi through his younger brother, Choel Mallarangeng.
Andi arrived at the KPK at around 9.15 a.m and only left the office at 7.05 p.m.(*)
