Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) said seven companies will make an initial public offering (IPO) of their shares this month.

"Seven companies will make IPO this month. One of them is MNC Sky Vision which will conduct IPO on July 9, 2012. The company had made preparations for IPO since early this year," BEI President Director Ito Warsito said here on Tuesday.

The other six companies are PT Kobexindo Tractors, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur, PT Global Teleshop, PT Toba Bara Sejahtera, PT Asuransi Mitramaparya, and PT Gading Development.

In total, the seven companies would float Rp4.7 trillion worth of shares, he said.

He expressed his optimism that the capital market would perform better in the second half of this year despite global economic uncertainty.(*)
