Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Indonesia`s foreign exchange reserves in the year ended August 31, 2012 rose US$2.43 billion to US$108.99 billion from US$106.56 billion a month earlier, according to Bank Indonesia.

In its report issued on Friday, the central bank said the foreign exchange reserves were calculated using the International Reserve and Foreign Currency Liquidity (IRFCL) concept based on the current prices.

The report also shows reserve money increased to Rp657.96 trillion in late August 2012 from Rp634.99 trillion in late July.
