Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confiscated another house believed to be owned by police Insp. Gen. Djoko Susilo who is charged with money laundering in the driving license simulator corruption case.

KPK spokesman Johan Budi confirmed on Tuesday the confiscation of a house in the regency of Bogor.

Johan Budi, however, said he could not give details about the confiscation as he had not received official information from the KPK investigators.

Earlier the anti graft body already confiscated 10 houses in Jakarta, Depok, Solo, Semarang and Yogyakarta all belonging to Djoko Susilo.

Djoko was arrested by KPK on charge of corruption in the procurement of Rp197 billion worth of driving license simulators when he was chief of the police traffic corps. He was also charged later with money laundering.

KPK has also arrested Djoko`s former deputy Brig. Gen. Didik Purnomo, businessman Budi Susanto, the president of PT Citra Mandiri Metalindo Abadi, which won the tender for the procurement, and police Adj Sr Comr Teddy Rusmawan, who was chairman of the tender committee.

On Tuesday KPK investigators questioned Director of PT Inovasi Teknologi Indonesia (ITI) Sukotjo S. Bambang, who is also in the KPK`s list of suspects, as a witness in the Djoko Susilo case.

Johan said, Sukotjo, who is already convicted and is serving a 2.5 year jail term in Bandung in a related case, would be detained by KPK until Thursday for further questioning.

He said for that purpose, KPK already asked approval from the Correctional Institution directorate general to detain Sukotjo Bambang at the KPK building.

KPK said the corruption case caused a loss of around Rp100 billion to the state.(*)
