"Questioned as a witness in the case of money laundering of suspect Djoko Susilo," head of KPK`s information division Priharsa Nugraha said here on Wednesday.
Pudji refused to talk to reporters when arriving at the KPK office wearing police uniform driving his official car.
Djoko Susilo, who was charged with corruption in the procurement of Rp198 billion worth of police driving license simulators in 2011 is also accused of money laundering.
KPK already seized 25 units of property assets of Djoko including 11 houses, lands, gas filling stations in various areas, and four luxurious cars.
The houses are registered under the names of his second and third wives Mahdiana and Dipta Anindita, a former winner of Solo beauty contest.
Both Mahdiana and Dipta have been grilled by KPK and banned from leaving the country in connection with the money laundering case.
On Monday, KPK investigated former treasurer of the traffic crops Comr. Legimo in the same case.(*)
