Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Leaders of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU)and other Muslim organizations are scheduled to meet with President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at 2 on Thursday afternoon, according to presidential spokesman Julian Aldrin Pasha.

"The president will receive the leaders of NU and 12 other Muslim mass organizations at his office on Thursday afternoon," Julian said.

According to him, various issues related to national interest and Muslim congregation would be discussed at the meeting.

Earlier on Monday the head of state met with the leader of Great Indonesia Movement (Gerindra) Party` Advisory Council, Prabowo Subyanto, then on Wednesday met with seven retired generals, among others Luhut Pandjaitan, Subagyo HS dan Agus Widjojo.(*)
