Rina, who had just ended her term of office, is charged with involvement in a corruption of a Rp18.4 billion housing subsidy.
"Her investigations have been scheduled for Tuesday," chief spokesman of the Central Java high prosecution office Eko Suwarni said here on Monday.
Rina ended her term of office on Sunday after Central Java governor installed Juliatmono new regent of Karanganyar for the next five years.
Eko said he had no information if Rina would honor the summon, but the prosecution office would serve her another summon in case she failed to come.
