Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Indonesias President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is scheduled to meet with Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Tun Abdul Razak on Thursday (Dec. 19) in Jakarta, to discuss bilateral cooperation issues, an official said.

"The upcoming meeting is an annual session that aims to discuss the progress of bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and Malaysia during the past year," stated Presidential Staff for International Affairs Teuku Faizasyah, here on Wednesday.

Among bilateral issues to be discussed are investments, trade, protection of Indonesian workers in Malaysia, border issues, defense and people to people contact, stated Faizasyah.

Apart from discussing bilateral issues, President Yudhoyono and Prime Minister Najib Razak will also exchange their view on regional and international issues. (*)
