"Together, all public faculties should support the next president and his government in order to be better, more successful, and more effective in the national development," President Yudhoyono stated during the groundbreaking ceremony of integrated natural gas infrastructure development here on Friday.
Yudhoyono expressed his hope that the next government could go ahead with the good achievement of the present government, and to improve things that have not been good.
A leader, according to him, comes and goes. The old leader will end his or her term and the new leader will come and continue with the national development.
"From one period to the next, and from one generation to the next, development programs will continue and the peoples welfare will also continue to improve," Yudhoyono noted.
According to him, his government simplified economic development for the improvement of economic growth, creation of jobs, and poverty eradication.
On Tuesday, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono left Jakarta for Surabaya to begin his tour to a number of districts and cities in East Java and Central Java.
