Sukabumi, W Java (ANTARA News) - A landslide damaged 26 houses in Bantargadung subdistrict, Sukabumi District, West Java province, on Sunday, following incessant heavy rains over the last one month.

Of the 26 houses, nine were seriously damaged, Bantargadung Sub-district Head Asep Suhenda said here, Monday.

Some 30 inhabitants were forced to evacuate themselves to safer place following the landslide.
