Yogyakarta (ANTARA News) - A delegation from the Philippine Embassy visited death convict Mary Jane Fiesto Veloso at the Wirogunan Penitentiary in Yogyakarta, on Tuesday, to lend moral support after her judicial review was rejected.

The delegation comprised members from the Philippine foreign ministry and police, Zaenal Arifin, the head of the penitentiary, noted.

"It is a common visit to give moral support following the courts decision rejecting her judicial review request," he stated.

In the meeting that lasted for four hours, they had a conversation in a relaxed atmosphere, and the delegation also handed over Rp1.5 million in cash money and a cross bracelet to Mary Jane.

"The money, they said, is for meeting her needs while she awaits her execution. No one was crying and they laughed a lot," he revealed.

At the end of the meeting, Zaenal noted that a religious man read a prayer along with Mary.

It was earlier reported that Mary was under depression after hearing that her request for a judicial review had been turned down, and that she would be immediately moved to Nusakambangan.

Zaenal remarked that there was no additional security outside Marys cell, and it was guarded normally similar to the other prison cells, but she was monitored round the clock.

The Attorney Generals Office (AGO) stated on Friday that Mary Jane would be immediately moved to Nusakambangan ahead of her execution.

The office, however, noted that it was still awaiting the results of the judicial review requests filed by three other death convicts, so that the execution of the 10 convicts on death row could be carried out simultaneously.

"We are waiting for the legal process to be completed. There are still pending judicial reviews filed with the Supreme Court (MA) by Sylvestre, Serge Areski Atlaoui (of France), and Martin Anderson alias Belo (of Ghana)," Attorney General Prasetyo stated before attending a cabinet meeting here on Monday.

He added that the executions will be carried out simultaneously as it will be more practical, and they will be able to avoid being pressured by other countries.

The AGO has released the names of the 10 convicts who will be executed. They are Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran from Australia; Raheem Agbaje Salami, Okwudili Oyatanze, and Silvester Obiekwe Nwaolise, alias Mustofa, from Nigeria; Zainal Abidin from Indonesia; Serge Areski Atlaoui from France; Rodrigo Gularte from Brazil; Martin Anderson, alias Belo, from Ghana; and Mary Jane Fiesta Veloso from the Philippines.
