"Representatives from the Indonesian Trade and Economic Office (KDEI) in Taipei have gone to the quake-hit area in Tainan district to record the number of Indonesian victims. The KDEI continues to coordinate with relevant ministries about the number of victims," Foreign Affairs Minister Retno Marsudi said here on Wednesday.
The minister will be receiving updates on the number of victims four times a day.

At least 14 people were killed and hundreds of others were injured in the quake.
Some 230 thousand Indonesian nationals are estimated to be living in Taiwan, including 17 thousand migrant workers and many students.
Xinhua news agency reported that the death toll in the powerful earthquake had reached 18 by Sunday morning.
A total of 356 people were rescued in Tainan. At least 132 people are still waiting for rescue, a local rescue command center said.
The 6.7-magnitude earthquake hit Kaohsiung on Saturday at a depth of 15 kilometers, the China Earthquake Networks Center said.
Local monitoring authorities put the scale of the quake at 6.4 magnitude.(*)
